How to spot fake Gundam kits on Taobao (7 checks)
Bootleg Gunpla is common on marketplaces. Seven checks:
- Price too good — real RG/HG kits have a floor price
- Missing Bandai hologram sticker in buyer photos
- Seller photo art style looks "off" (recasted box art)
- Sprue gates look thick and rough in reviews
- No runner letters/numbers mold marks
- Listing title includes 国产 (domestic) but says "original"
- Store sells 50 unrelated product categories
